Improvement Through Self- Analysis
Bad souls can be helped by God Almighty, if the bad souls so desires. Bad souls must have the inner instinct and may pray to God Almighty to change them. It is entirely in each soul’s hand to be good or bad. Those souls who are bad but want to change can be changed to good souls in no time. We have often heard ” Confess and God will forgive you “. This is true, but you must confess your sins to yourself. Tell yourself that you are bad, ask God Almighty to help you, and you can be sure that He Will. You must be absolutely sincere. If you ask God Almighty halfheartedly, it will not help.
Now suppose a person thinks he is not. Many people think what they are doing is as per God’s Laws. They never have an hint of how sinful they are. They will say, ” I believe in God. I visit holy places on daily basis. I do charity, and so on. They think by doing all this they will go to heaven. But sorry to say they might not reach the lowest ladder of heaven. Now you will be curious to know why?
Answer to this is some people do this to show other people that the are doing so good. Some visit holy places for there own selfish motive like asking God for more money, more happiness, and more success not for God , but for yourself. Can a selfish motive carry you to heaven?
Suppose you are giving great deal to charity. First ask yourself why. What is your motive behind giving to charity? Your motive is most important. If your motive is entirely selfless- for example, if your motive is only to help someone, and it come automatically- then, of course, God is pleased and He knows why you gave, which was not to impress Him. But suppose your motive is to impress God so that you can go to heaven, by saying” If i give this to a poor person, God will send me to heaven”. You can fool each other, you can try to fool yourself, but you can never fool God Almighty. So your motive behind your acts matter a lot. Be sincere in whatever you do.
