Thought can refer to the ideas or arrangements of ideas that result from thinking, the act of producing thoughts, or the process of producing thoughts. Despite the fact that thought is a fundamental human activity familiar to everyone, there is no generally accepted agreement as to what thought is or how it is created. Thoughts are the result or product of spontaneous act of thinking.
So you can say that thought process is something where your mind keeps on thinking continuously about one or the other thing without any break. Some time in a day you have happy thought, some time angry or irritated thought that make you upset. Some time you just want your mind to just stop thinking but it just keep on thinking. It is like a vicious circle that traps your mind. Due to which your health is affected to an extent.
So you need to have a right though process to overcome sleepless nights or stress or overcome your problems. As your thoughts also have a power. If a continuous thought is hold for a long time it can manifest. So be very careful. It is like if you keep on thinking about one thing it will be manifested sooner or later. Have a healthy diet which will help you to be healthy as when you eat healthy you think healthy. Practice loving kindness and help others out in there thought process to come out of there problems.
